Our staff

The members of our staff obtain great practical experience in the areas of labour law legislation and application, pursuing publication and lecturing activities and, they are attempting to widen their knowledge on the practical problems of the application of the law by holding trainings.



Dr. Lajos Pál partner

  • 1984: graduated from the Faculty of Law, ELTE

  • 2011-2012: Member of the professional Committee for preparation of the codification of Act I of 2012 on the Labour Code

He regularly educates and delivers lectures on conferences and in different educational institutions in Hungary and in German-speaking countries. He is the author or co-author of several professional articles, books and commentaries on labour law. He was a founder and general editor of a professional journal called Munkaügyi értesítő (Newsletter on Labour Affairs), and is a member of the editor committee of Pécsi Munkajogi Közlemények (Labour Law Statements) of Pécs.

He is a secretary of the Hungarian Labour Law Society, and was honoured with the Prize For Labour Affairs.


Dr. Anna Kozma partner

She regularly educates and delivers lectures on conferences and trainings. She is the author or co-author of several professional articles, books and commentaries on labour law.

She is a member of the Hungarian Labour Law Society.
